Non prescription stress reliever?

Well, first of all I think you already know that you need more sleep. Four hours is not enough, if at all possible try and get at least seven hours. There is an extract called St. John's Wort that is a mood elevating natural over the counter pill. Of course I suggest the sleep first it will work much better than the St. John's Wort. Sorry to state the obvious. Good luck with your problem......
