Is this a fair trade?

I would veto it. Here's why though: If Addai wasn't injured I would go ahead an accept the trade, but you never let teams trade players that are ruled OUT. Addai hasn't aculated stats in 3 weeks counting the bye week. It really is a garbage trade based on this fact alone. Torain and Moss have each had quality starts. I would contact both teams and if they could agree to have Team A replace Addai with a healthy quality player, then as commissioner I wouldn't veto the trade, but I would allow it to be accepted or vetoed by the rest of the players in the league.
