What was this?

well about 2 or 3 years ago my mom came home from work and brought pasta from a restaurant and i went to eat it. so later i started feeling weir and started feeling trembly and kinda cold my mom gave me medicine and told me i probably ate 2 fast. when she gave me water i remember not being able to hold the cup right because of the trembling.so theni went to sleepand my mom slept next to me and hel my hand to make sure i was ok and about every 5 seconds i would start trembling then it would completely stop then start. each tremble lasted about 3 second untill i fel asleep. in the morning i was like wtf just happened lol. it just happened outta friken nowhere. does any1 kno what it was
