Why is your breath warm when you exhale slowly and cool when you blow?

Actually your breath is the same temperature either way. The effect of feeling cooler is because when you blow quickly, the heat on your skin is being removes more quickly and doesnt have as much time to sit near the surface. When you blow slowly, the heat from your breath has time to aculate at the surface and the moisture in your breath can transfer more warmth to the skin surface.
