What does it mean when you become enraged with people because they dont live up to your expectations ?

I hear you and I've been there. We can only control ourselves and cannot count on other people for understanding, affirmation, happiness or anything else. Write out your feelings when this angry rage comes over you--you are good at keying, so just key away. Also, write your life story and see what comes out. Write out whatever is eating you and light it on fire (in a safe place, of course) and send it up to the Higher Power and say here it is, take it from me. Get a great big pack of colored markers and a big white painters tablet and start to draw or sketch or copy something that you really like looking at. I like to draw flowers. Don't skip meals, don't eat junk food or fast food, eat some fruits and veggies--apples and carrotts are good and easy. Take a multi-vitamin and drink a lot of water.
