I think my 5 yr old may have ADD

my 5 yr old has been behaving really bad. She does not listen (or pay attention) to anything that I tell her. She cannot sit still, or keep quiet for at least 2 minutes. She has a lot of energy, and yet she could be playing outside all day long, and still not go to sleep until 10-11 at night. I will tell her not to do something, and 2 minutes later, will attempt doing it again. She will look right at me and disobey me. It is almost like her batteries are on overdrive. Do I have an extremely active child, or does she have ADD?
