I need a topic...?

Your topic should be something that you already know something about since it is informative.Make it something that is interesting to you.I don't know your age but I am guessing high school or community college.Some suggestions are: tattoos( popular now but has been around a LONG time),adoption, college admissions requirements, types of financial aid, sports (rules, how to play, famous players,equipment, costs, origin etc.), some type of computer application, travel destinations(Europe,India, Asia, Australia (sights to see, costs, climates, accommodations, language spoken there, famous people from there, etc.) inventors and their inventions (choose some lesser known ones that everyone doesn't already know about,(choose several to help with your sources).Hope this helps the list is endless.
