To have a gall bladder endoscopy--gb not where it should be.Also had an elius.Can this occur?

For 3 weeks after the surgery I vomited what appeared to be fecal matter, yellow liquid and had severe diarea which was very yellow or gr green. I could'nt eat or drink anything and was very very sick. I lost only 5 pounds and was not eating or drinking. I still have a large abdomen. What do you think?
