This is a weird question about skin for WOMEN?

Ok. So maybe its just me, but on my i have redish dots. ( and no im not talking about my , thats what someone said once) It almost looks like its every hair follicle. What is this and how can i get rid of the problem? It looks really bad. Thanks.
