Need more color in my wardrobe?

I have recently been trying to expand my wardrobe beyond black and navy and pastels. I have a few purple tops, but that is pretty much it. Where can I find some good, colorful tops? I also tend to gravitate towards blacks and light pinks when I shop. Any tips on how I can expand my horizons when I shop? Thanks.
