Is there anyway to contact the people that run the BCS ratings?

Is there anyway to contact people that runt he BCS college football rating system? I think these people need a lot of help in doing their job. How in the world can you have a team like USC that doesnt play anyone worth mentioning ranked as nuber one in the beginning of the season. Now that they have been beaten by a team that isnt even ranked in the top 50 USC is still ranked as # 7. What are these people smoking?
