Backflip a snowboard?

Hey boys or girls i guess but anyways i really want to know how to backflip on a snowboard i can backflip on a tramp with a skateboard and shoes taped to it i can also backside rodeo and frontside rodeo. heres what id like you to answer! Can i backflip jumping right off my toes instead of kinda sliding of my heels and im not meaning a sideways backflip im meaning right over backwards. second when i got down the backy whats easier frontside or backside rodeos?
